What you will need
SHOPPING LIST
- Puff Pastry x 2 tubes
- Fresh Brie
- 2 Ripe Pears sliced
- Cranberry Chutney or Sauce
- Castello Extra Creamy Brie
- Fresh Rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
EQUIPMENT YOU'LL NEED
- Cupcake Oven tray (Mini or Standard size - not muffin)
- Knife to cut ingredients
- Chopping board
Let's get started...
STEP ONE
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Dust your surface with a tad bit of flour and Cut Puff pastry roll into squares.
STEP TWO
Give the tray a spray with some oil and arrange the puff pastry squares you have cut into each mould
STEP THREE
Slice your brie and pear and evenly distribute into each one. Add a small teaspoon of cranberry chutney or sauce in each one.
STEP FOUR
Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is melted and pastry is light and golden.
STEP FIVE
Leave to cool slightly and they are ready to serve!
